RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS ERROR IS ON BEHALF OF RAW LUXURY COLLECTION.

If there is an error on behalf of Raw Luxury Collection (texture or length), exchanges will be accepted. The product must be in the state as which it was received, with original packaging, and no trace of manipulation. Exchanges are subject to normal processing and delivery. All expenses will be covered by RAW LUXURY COLLECTION.

All disputes will be escalated to small claims court.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All orders will go through a 1-3 day processing period prior to shipment. Only effected by holidays.

Once an order has  been processed it will then be shipped and arrive to you within 3-7 business days.

Please be aware that after processing, no changes can be made to your order. There will be no refunds once your order has been shipped. 

Please Review all orders and policies before checking out! As stated above all disputes will be escalated to small claims court.
